Ch Laugharne Highwayman ET - (Archie)

Archie was always a bit of a clown, he made us laugh at many of his antics over the years.  We fondly recall when he was entered in the Royal Adelaide Show and when it was his turn to 'strut his stuff' in the ring he knew he had an audience and really showed what he could do.  He pranced, danced, waved to the crowd - I think the only thing he did not do was swing from the chandeliers and that was only because there weren't any!  The judge said very nicely "He was a bit naughty that time take him around again and see if he will behave this time.”  Beth mentally groaned and thought "Not likely!"  Knowing he had a captive audience, Archie put into practice every trick in his vast repertoire ...  Upon leaving the ring friends who were enjoying the spectacle said "Didn't Archie enjoy himself out there."  He spent the remainder of the day sitting in a chair in front of his allotted benching area greeting everyone who walked past.  What a wonderful day he had.

All that aside, he gained his Endurance title in 1998 and his Conformation title in 1999.  He also had two passes towards his CD title in obedience but, due to work commitments, Beth did not continue tp his final pass to obtain his title.
